Positioned just off Junction 9 of the M1 and close to the A5 Flamstead has easy access to Britain's main road network as well as being only a few minutes drive from St. Albans, Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead Luton and Harpenden. All of which have a large and varied selection of shops and services.

Directions
From the North(M1): Exit the M1 at Junction 9. At the roundabout at the end of the sliproad turn right under the motorway and towards Dunstable, across the next roundabout, past the Harvester and Holiday Inn hotel on the left and take the next on the left (200 yds) just before a single old house. Follow the road through an 'S' bend and up the hill. Flamstead is about 1.1/2 miles from the motorway. Nearby attractions include Whipsnade Zoo, Dunstable Downs, the Roman ruins and Cathederal in St. Albans as well as a number of old churches in the nearby towns and villages.

Luton Airport is accessed via Junction 10A of the M1 and is only 10 minutes drive away (slightly less if the stupid and totally unnecessary traffic lights on Junction 10 aren't working).
